DROID

Motorola’s Droid branded mobile phone with new iconic eye highlighting the device’s dual core functionality. Droid has created a niche for itself introducing a category of mobile devices which further expands the Android operating spectrum. Each Droid device features a custom designed eye which animates on startup. In this particular device we hired The Lab to work from a provided sketch to create an unique eye which highlights the device’s dual core capability. To provide a unique sound to complement our animation we called on Machine Head who has done innovative work on video games and movies.
